| Syrian stone spouted bowl |  |
Carved in a gneiss-like stone flecked with white grey and black. The stepped conical bowl flares out as a wide cone from a small foot before sharply angling upwards towards the mouth. The spout shows traces of bronze possibly indicating that there may have been a metal attachment. The surface is polished to a smooth finish. |
