Apulian red-figure pyxis with lid

A shallow circular pyxis with flat lid. The lid elaborately decorated with bands of floral and wave motifs in black, white and red glazes around a central chevron design. A single red line around the body with white leaves either side.

This comes with a thermoluminescence test report from Oxford Authentication confirming its antiquity.

Condition: break in base realigned and repaired
