After a six-year hiatus, Rupert Wace is delighted to be returning to the World's pre-eminent art fair, TEFAF Maastricht 2024.  Please join us in Maastricht March 9th-14th, where you will find us at stand number 502.  We are bringing along a wide range of objects, including antiquities from  Egypt, the Near East and the Classical World. Also featured is a selection of works from Bronze Age Europe, including ceremonial fibulae and arm guards.

 Highlights include our cover girl, the exquisitely detailed bronze figurine of the cat-headed goddess Bastet, dating from the 26th dynasty (664-525 BC).  With silver inlaid eyes and pierced ears, which would have once been adorned with golden earrings, she is of a quality rarely seen outside a museum context.
