With two lines of text written boustrophedon, the top line from the right to left, the second line from left to right, on the right side a divine symbol and a matching large letter "n", the inscription reading "Saba and Bakilan of Nashkum have set up (this plaque) for (the goddess) Dhat-Nashqum from (out of) her dues", a dentil frieze along the upper border, mounted.
